Here you will find country trends and total numbers in reported cases of vaccine-preventable disease (VPD) up to 2020. These data can help monitor improvements and identify gaps for evaluation. These data are reported annually through the WHO/UNICEF Joint Reporting Form on Immunization (JRF). Reporting for 2020 is currently in process and may be incomplete.

These data show the latest WHO/UNICEF Estimates of National Immunization Coverage (WUENIC) for Italy. They are based on data reported until 6 July 2021. Exceptionally, 2020 estimates were not made for 35 countries without reported data. Time series will be updated later in the year if countries submit their reported data. WUENIC data time series are updated annually in July based on available reported data and survey results. Coverage data can help to identify gaps, and can be viewed globally, regionally, or at the country level. Select an antigen to view the coverage data time series.

These data show trends in vaccination coverage for Italy by selected antigens over time. The source of the data displayed here is the WHO/UNICEF Estimates of National Immunization Coverage (WUENIC) which are updated annually in July. Annual updates revise the entire time series. Exceptionally, 2020 estimates were not made for 35 countries without reported data. Time series will be updated later in the year if countries submit their reported data.
