Vaccine safety indicators collected annually through the WHO/UNICEF Joint Reporting Form on Immunization (JRF) include country-reported data on the existence of a national immunization safety expert committee, adverse events following immunization, and the presence of a waste management policy. Country data is updated and available as received.
